Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Zeppelin Foundry website (zeppelinfoundry.com), interacting with our AI voice assistant, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Zeppelin Foundry provides AI consulting, automation, and implementation services for businesses. Our website includes an AI-powered voice assistant that can answer questions about our services and help you schedule a consultation. The voice assistant is powered by artificial intelligence and is not a human representative.
AI Voice Assistant
Our website features an AI voice assistant ("Jordan") that can provide information about Zeppelin Foundry's services and assist with scheduling. By using the voice assistant, you understand and agree that:
- You are interacting with an AI system, not a human
- Conversations with the voice assistant are recorded and transcribed for quality improvement and lead management purposes
- Information provided by the voice assistant is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of services
- Any pricing, timelines, or scope discussed with the voice assistant are estimates only and subject to confirmation during a discovery call with our team
Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number to our AI voice assistant and requesting a booking link via text message, you consent to receive a one-time SMS text message from Zeppelin Foundry containing a scheduling link.
- Message Frequency: One message per request. We do not send recurring messages.
- Message Content: A booking link for a free discovery call consultation.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you initiate a new request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Supported Carriers: Service is available on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Discovery Calls and Consultations
Zeppelin Foundry offers free discovery calls to discuss potential engagements. Scheduling a discovery call does not create a contractual obligation for either party. Any engagement beyond the discovery call will be governed by a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Zeppelin Foundry website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zeppelin Ventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Zeppelin Foundry provides its website and voice assistant on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our website or voice assistant
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services
- Our total liability for any claim related to our website or voice assistant shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeppelin Ventures, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
